Ayo – Mentor & Trainer | Founder, Better Classrooms

Ayo is a mentor and trainer with 30+ years of experience working with children, young people, and families. As the founder of Better Classrooms, he supports students and educators to overcome personal and classroom challenges.

Born in the UK and raised in Nigeria, Ayo experienced trauma, undiagnosed learning difficulties, and educational exclusion firsthand—learning to read and write only at age 29. Today, he holds a Master’s in Education and Community Studies and is a qualified mentor, using his journey to inspire change in others.

Through Better Classrooms, Ayo is on a mission to activate inclusive learning environments, challenge inequality, and unlock the potential of every learner and teacher.
